HOLOTYPE. See: Hechtel, George J. 1965. A systematic study of the Demospongiae of Port Royal, Jamaica. Bulletin of the Peabody Museum of Natural History. 20: 1-103.; Note: This specimen separated from the remainder of the lot by W.H. de Weerdt (early 1980's). Evidently, this and the remaining ?specimen/fragments are not the same individual.
