Maximum tube has spherical glass bulb at the top while the minimum tube has a cylindrical bulb. Both mounted on wooden board with scale inscribed on the board. Pencil or ink writing on back which looks like it has almost intentionally been rubbed off, one word could be "Six" and the other is "318." Resembles thermometer made by Louis Casella London.
